How long does it take to receive my order?
We process your order within 2-4 business days and depending on the shipping you should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends.
How are your prices set?
We price our products exactly what it costs to make ethical, clean, and regenerative offerings. We work with NGOs and community projects who pay fair wages to harvesters, so they can earn a living wage. Consumerism has made us accustomed to cheap labor and cheap ingredients, leaving our planet and vulnerable populations paying the real price.
When we respect the life cycle and natural rhythmic processes of plants, it leads us towards true sustainability but also means more time is needed to produce the plant materials to make our products. Good things truly take time. We are not a factory, we custom formulate and craft by hand. Our products are made fresh and sometimes to order. Our prices are a reflection of all the time, thought and detail we put into reimagining commerce. We value stewardship for land and people and when you buy plantLust products you are voting for the best ingredients that have been grown and prepared with ethics, love, and the intention to preserve resources for the next generations to come.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I return an item?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your plantLust Botanicals purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time with receipt within 15 days of purchase. Please email plantLustBotanicals@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do your products last?
Our products are freshly made without preservatives. However, when kept in cool temperatures and out of direct sunlight most products have a minimum of one-year shelf life.
Why are your products in amber glass?
Fresh plant materials can be destroyed with UV light, that is why our bottles are made of amber glass to protect our high-quality ingredients.
What is regenerative?
We are at a vital point in time for our planet's health. Regenerative means going beyond sustainability and towards regenerating the resources and ethics we have lost. It means giving back to the planet, restoring ecologies, and uplifting people who have been exploited for resource extraction.
Who formulates your products?
Our recipes come from or are adapted from mothers, grandmothers, herbalists, aromatherapists, midwives, and healers from around the world. We give thanks to all the ancestors who have held and passed this knowledge to us now.
What is your essential oil diultion rate?
Essential oils, when used without a carrier oil, can be harsh to the skin, however, when properly diluted they have tremendous healing and restorative benefits to the mind and body. Our dilution rate is kept at 1-2% by volume depending upon which oil is used. What does that mean? 1% dilution is the lowest and safest dilution rate to use. However, everyone's skin is different, so do what is right for you!
