You can use the facial balm daily as part of your skincare routine.

• Begin by cleansing your face thoroughly and patting it dry.
• Then, hydrate with a hydrosol, pat in,
• Then layer our Super C Serum or Skin Potion No.1, pat in.
• Once you feel your skin has absorbed most of the oil, using clean fingertips or the back of a clean spoon, scoop out a small amount of the balm and gently massage it into your face, neck, and décolleté.
• Allow the balm to absorb into your skin for several minutes before applying makeup or going to bed. For best results, use in the morning and before bedtime.

As someone who has always been passionate about natural skincare, I wanted to create a facial balm that was not only effective but also gentle and nourishing for the skin. I was specifically drawn to tamanu oil because of its impressive therapeutic properties, such as its ability to boost collagen production, reduce wrinkles, heal sun damage and scars. I also wanted to incorporate shea butter for its deeply moisturizing benefits and rosehip oil for its high content of vitamins and antioxidants.

 

To enhance the aromatherapy aspect of the balm, I included ylang ylang for its relaxing and stress-reducing properties, orange petitgrain for its calming and uplifting effect, and rosemary for its clarifying and invigorating benefits.

 

But what really sets Tamanu Twilight Facial Balm apart is the addition of bakuchiol, which contains a powerful natural compound called bakuchiol. This plant-based alternative to retinol has been shown to have similar anti-aging effects without the harsh side effects, making it perfect for those with sensitive skin.

 

Overall, I formulated Tamanu Twilight Facial Balm with a thoughtful selection of natural ingredients that work together synergistically to provide a nourishing, healing, and rejuvenating experience for the skin.

The combination of shea butter, tamanu oil, ylang ylang, rosehip oil, orange petitgrain, rosemary, and bakuchoil creates a complex and rich aroma.
