Used for traditional hot matcha tea, "usucha" or "koicha", iced matcha tea, and lattes. Our favorite way is to make an almond milk latte.

Matcha Latte with Almond Milk

1 gram of matcha whisked or shook with 2oz of cool water. (You can also use an immersion blender.)

6 oz of Almond Milk

1 Tsp of Monk Fruit Sugar

1 Tbsp of Raw Organic Coconut Butter

Warm the almond milk in a saucepan, add all other ingredients and whisk or use an immersion blender until desired froth level is achieved. Repeat daily as a morning ritual to replace coffee!

(Matcha has 30-40mg of caffeine per serving)

Keep your matcha bag sealed and refrigerated for prolonged freshness. It is best to use your matcha powder within 2 months of opening.
